There is a wise quotation in A Course in Miracles that says the following:
"Infinite patience produces immediate results".
The wisdom behind this saying is the type of results that it produces. Infinite patience results in inner peace and a stress-free life.
How many of your problems in the past have resulted from the fact that you have run out of patience? This could have caused you to become frustrated, stressed, unhappy or, quite simply to have ended something that could have proven to be successful with more time.
We live in an age of speed. Patience is a dying art and, as a result of this, fewer and fewer people are feeling the inner peace that patience brings.
Today, try to be patient. Develop infinite patience. After all, patience is not about surrendering from your desired income but, more importantly, vanquishing the negative feelings that a lack of patience brings which, ultimately, affect our chances of achieving succeeding in the long run.
