The Twelve Blocks to Success

John Gray outlines the 12 barriers to success. In his book How to Get What You Want and Want What You Have, Dr. John Grey outlines twelve blocks to success.

He states that these act as barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals. In order to succeed, you first need to find out which barriers are stopping you and then remove them, so that you can proceed towards success.

The twelve barriers are:

Blame, depression, anxiety, indifference, judgment, indecision, procrastination, perfectionism, resentment, self-pity, confusion and guilt.

As we enter a new week, reflect on this list and see which of these barriers are preventing you from succeeding.

Take a look at your goals and see which barriers are stopping you from achieving this. Make it a habit to try and remove one of these barriers at a time. By doing this, you will clear the path to achieving your goal.
