A Birthday to Remember

When Taj Chahal was 29 and he wanted to make his 30th birthday one that everybody would remember.
Taj decided that the best way to do this was to give back to the community.
Taj rented out an eatery called Martha's Kitchen and invited 300 homeless people from San Jose for dinner.
Taj totally transformed the restaurant, giving it tablecloths, balloons and many gourmet dishes.
In addition to this, Taj volunteered himself as a juice-pourer during the party.
We live in a society where birthdays, especially, are days when we become the center of attention. Taj, however, wanted to do the opposite and use it as an opportunity to give back to his community.
